The consults are done through Allmed Medical Center.

  • •The center will contact you to establish a chart and to set up the consult.
  • •Information requires to open a chart:
  • •• Full name
  • •• Date of birth
  • •• Phone number with WhatsApp
  • •• Passport or ID number
  • •• Home address
  • •• A Photography
  • •An appointment will be set up by the center after establishing the chart.

General guidelines for the services:

  • •The center must establish a chart for the patient.
  • •Payment must be submitted prior to the service (link is provided)
  • •The center will set up an appointment for the service.
  • •The center or the physician will contact the client to do the consult.
  • •The physician will not accept any phone calls from the clients.
  • •You can always send a message to the physician or the nurse; and they will get back to you shortly after.
  • •You can send any documents or links needed to the number provided
Guidelines for the annual membership service:

This service is intended for clients who have chronic illnesses and require frequent service.

The center will setup a new chart for the client on electronic medical records.

The service is provided for the individual that signed up for it only.

Payment must be made in advance and refunds cannot be issued.

The center will set up the first consult with Dr. Hammad.

Phone calls need to be set up with him in advance by sending a message requesting to speak to him.
